Refund Policy

OUR REFUND POLICY 


Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.


Please contact us to be given your Return shipping label.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. * It must also be in the original packaging.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* If the item is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as you receive your product. We do not accept refunds for change of mind.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.  


ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:


* Gift cards

* Some health and personal care items (Scruchies & Eye Masks)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS  (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will always strive to do everything we can to keep you happy. 

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, they must also be in the original packing. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit these criterias. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
