Shipping & Returns


All orders ship within 72 hours of payment being received (excludes weekends and public holidays)

You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. Please allow 5+ business days to receive your order, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.  Princess and Pea can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Princess and Pea will not be held responsible for customs taxes.



Tracking information will be sent to your designated email address when your order ships.  



Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will always strive to do everything we can to keep you happy. 

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, they must also be in the original packing. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit these criterias. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
